Engagement · Pricing

Three engagement tiers — scope first, quote after the walkdown.

The pricing model mirrors the engagement model: one crew, one schedule, one PO. No published rate card — every quote follows the on-site walkdown, so the scope that drives the number is the scope you read in the deep-dive.

Engagement tiers

Three tiers — one delivery model.

Pick the tier that matches the moment — ongoing support, fixed-scope retrofit, or rapid-response recovery. Each one ships under one crew, one schedule, one PO, with the same documented-handoff discipline as the capability deep-dives.

Tier · Retainer

Retainer
Ongoing support for assets already under Kraytek control.
  • Scheduled walkdowns on existing Allen-Bradley / packaging / OEM-orphaned assets.
  • Program-of-record updates — HMI recipe version control, alarm-hierarchy tuning, spare-parts shelf refresh.
  • Re-validation support against 21 CFR Part 11 / OSHA where the asset already ships documented.
  • Response window for change requests between scheduled walkdowns.
  • Documentation stays in-house — current-vendor diagrams, I/O lists, and program narrative ship with each engagement.

Tier · Project scope

Project scope
Fixed-scope retrofit, contracted end-to-end against a walkdown.
  • On-site walkdown — controls stack, I/O count, fault history, and operator pain captured into a ranked problem list.
  • Line-controls retrofit (PLC migration on form-fill-seal, converting, web-handling lines), HMI recipe management, vision-inspection tie-in, and throughput optimization — picked per asset.
  • Rails, drives, and HMIs replaced end-to-end with the same mechanical footprint and the same operator-interface language your crew already runs.
  • Re-assembly, commissioning, and re-validation under one crew, one schedule, one PO — no separate controls contractor.
  • Documented handoff — current-vendor diagrams, I/O lists, program narrative, alarm hierarchy, and a spare-parts plan for the next decade.

Tier · Emergency Callout

Emergency Callout
Rapid-response recovery when the line is down and the OEM is gone.
  • Rapid triage — capture program logic, alarm hierarchy, and I/O map before the documentation itself goes cold.
  • Reverse-engineering when the original prints, ladder, and HMI source have vanished — reconstructed into documentation your maintenance team can actually read.
  • Replacement-panel retrofit when the control panel itself is past service life — terminal blocks, wiring, and power distribution end-to-end, mechanical footprint preserved, operator-interface language preserved.
  • Cutover with documentation handoff — current vendor stack underneath, line back under your operation’s control at every handoff.
  • Re-validation against 21 CFR Part 11 / OSHA where applicable, with the spare-parts plan that follows the asset, not the spec sheet.
